The CrossFit Games Open is Starting Thursday February 23rd. We will be performing these workouts on Saturdays at both Cristini Athletics locations from 11:00am-1:00pm. Get signed up at games.crossfit.com Everyone is encouraged to sign up!!

10 burpee over bar
15 KB swings

B) 21-15-9
Wall BAlls 20/14lbs
Ring Dips
Front Rack Squats 75/55lbs
KB Pullovers 35/25lbs

E2M 14minutes
Work up to a Heavy 3RM Snatch

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.)
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.
