Step 2: Meet with a Coach
Meet with one of our qualified coaches to discuss your goals and see if our programs can help you achieve them. Help us learn about what you have done in the past, what worked and what didn’t.
After we meet, we want you to take a sample of what we do! Try out a class. Get a feel of our community vibe and how fun working out can be.
Step 3: Sign Up for Fundamentals Training
Sign up for our 2 Month intro membership. We like to start off all new members with a little extra 1 on 1 time. We start you with 2 months of unlimited classes and 3 1 on 1 personal training sessions. In those sessions we will take you through a series of movement tests, explain more about how the gym works and more importantly build a relationship with a coach.
Step 4: Join for a Hybrid membership
After our 2 month intro membership, you will have a better understanding of what you like, where your goals align and what frequency of 1 on 1 and group training works best for you. At that time, you can choose between 4 different membership options that lines up best with what you want!
