- ½ frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries or Fruit of choice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- ¼ cup unsweetened dairy or non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon almond butter or peanut butter
