How were you introduced to Cross Fit & How long have you been doing CrossFit?
In December of 2013, Phil Jacome (another member at RCFEW) showed me a crossfit video on youtube and was super pumped saying this is the best workout you will ever have, we should totally do this! We made a deal that after the Christmas holidays were over we would sign up for a free trial class and see if this crossfit thing was really all it was hyped up to be. I became a member February 2014 and haven’t looked back since!
What made you decide to join RCFEW?
Before signing up to be a member I had been doing P90X at home for 2 years. I was so bored and needed something new but felt intimidated to join a typical gym like Goodlife. I didn’t have much experience with machines and felt awkward and stupid working out beside big juice monkeys. After my trial class at RCFEW I was so impressed with the atmosphere and community feeling. Even though everyone was at their own levels of fitness and capabilities, the workouts were done as a group with people cheering on their peers. I was sold after that drop in class.
Favourite Lifts/ Wods?
Power Cleans, Push Jerks, Squats… anything to build a bigger booty

Who inspires you?
The loyal 7:30 crew at RCFEW. I can count on them for a good laugh and a good workout every night
