CrossFit Open Plans/Schedule
The CrossFit Open is almost here. Here are the plans for you to complete your workouts at both Cristini Athletics Locations.
The workouts are announced on Thursday nights at 8:00pm.
Fridays at 6:00am and 6:30pm-7:30pm with Coach Ben.
Saturdays 8:00-9:00am or 11:00-12:00pm
The 9am LiftFit class will remain as a LiteFit class for the duration of the open.
Fridays at 6:00am and 12:00pm
Saturdays 9am, 10am, 12pm.
If you intend to redo a workout, you will not be in priority to do the workout. Anyone doing it for the first time will have priority.
You will also have to find space that is not in the way of any classes or programs in the gym. If you do not have room, we will not be able to move the class for you.
If you are doing the Open workouts during classes, a coach will organize people to judge each other. If you do a workout, you will be expected to judge others at some point. We all need to help each other out as a community.
If you are doing the open workout during open gym hours, please organize your own judge. Do not ask coaches to judge you. They are busy with clients and classes and cannot judge you while they are training others.
