How were you introduced to CrossFit and how long have you been doing CrossFit for?:
Mary Anne Ferry introduced me to LiteFit last summer.
What made you decide to join CrossFit Markham?
I wanted to get in shape during my maternity leave with baby #3.
Anything with wall balls and swings
Three things you would Definitely Find in my Fridge:
Soda stream water, apples and BabyBel
Favourite Place to Eat:
Chipotle, Fresh, Richmond Street Diner … to name a few. I love food!
Completing the CrossFit Open without embarrassing myself too much
Biggest Struggle in Life:
I like trying new things but I have a hard time with consistency. CFM works for me because it’s always different!
Who Inspires You?
The 5am and 6am-ers inspire me!
What Goals are you Working Towards?
My goal is to continue attending CFM regularly after my maternity leave ends.
What Music do you like Listening to while Working Out?
Anything fun and poppy.
