How were you introduced to CrossFit:
My younger sister Victoria Morello.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I’m new to CrossFit, I started in August 2018.
What Made You Decide to Join CrossFit East Woodbridge?:
All the wonderful members. There is such a positive family like feel when you come into a class to workout. All the members are so friendly, and everyone is so positive and encouraging.
Favourite Lifts/ WODS?:
If I have to pick a favorite lift I guess it would be Squats!
3 Things you Would Definitely Find in My Fridge:
Eggs, Garbage bag cheese (Kraft slices) and hot sauce!
Favorite Place to Eat:
Any kind of Mexican Restaurant!
Proudest Accomplishments:
Rope climbing at 46!

Biggest Struggle in Life?
Balance. Sometimes life take over and it’s a struggle to balance everything. It’s important to take time out for yourself and realize when you need help and not to feel bad to ask for it.
Do you Have a mentor, or someone you look up to? If so who?Who inspires you?
My younger sister Victoria. She is a loving and caring person, always there when we need her and she is someone you can always count on. She excels in everything she does and tries, I love and admire the person she is and has become. She is my biggest fan and encourages me everyday to live my best life. Love you Victoria!
What Goals are you Working Towards?
Some type of pull up (without bands) or muscle up.
What Music I Like Listening to While Working Out:
Anything upbeat! Latin music always always get me in a good mood and gets me moving.

I want to acknowledge all the wonderful coaches at CFEW. They truly make all the difference. Their patience with me, in each and every class is what makes coming in to work out enjoyable. Thank You!
I would also like to acknowledge Rob, he first worked with me during the Shred Challenge and since then every week in the Leadership Program his guidance has helped me stay on track and work towards my goal of getting healthy. Thank You!
