Scaled womens event 1:
The kettlebell hold.
The kettlebell must be held by 2 hands on the handles. The KB cannot be upside down. It must stay above the waist. It can lean on the chest.
Scaled Men’s and Women’s Event 5:
The ring rows.
The ring row starts with the heels infront of the line. Arms start fully extended, the chest must come in contact with the rings at the top of the rep. The hips and knees cannot bend, pop or kip in anyway.
