We offer 3 types of classes
HOME WOD LIVE This is a 60 minute at home CrossFit WOD with no weights required. We give options to use dufflebags or weights if you do have them.
This is a 30 minute weights focused class. A combination of strength work and cardio packed into a fun 30 minute workout.
MOBILITY CLASS LIVE
This is a 30 minute stretching and recovery class. Perfect for a recovery day.
We know that the workout alone is not enough to keep you going. Which is why we are doing things differently.
Our virtual membership includes up to 2 classes per day as well as the most important part, coaching and accountability.
Every member will be assigned to a specific coach as their point of contact, accountability and mentor.
Your membership includes a 30 minute check in virtual session each month with your coach. This is an opportunity to ask questions, clarify movements, talk nutrition, goals and more. Working out from home gives the flexibility to stay home, be comfortable, and workout on your own schedule. For those who are not comfortable, you can ever train in our classes with the camera off!
