
This Program is designed specifically for the 50+ athlete. With a focus on improving mobility, quality of movement and improve bone mineral density.
This 6 week program will meet twice a week with coach Anna Cristini.
Starting Wednesday September 11th. You will train on Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00-11:00am.
Coach Anna will lead the group through a specific training program that will include strength training to improve strength and muscle quality, as well as interval aerobic training, to help improve cardiovascular health, as well as improve metabolism. You will also be given a meal plan to follow, and have the option to have measurements taken to track body composition improvements.
