These classes introduce kids to the basics of exercise. They’ll learn the fundamentals of movement, plyometrics, endurance, and of course, CrossFit. Students will develop flexibility, strength, power, agility, and coordination. This class can also be used as supplemental training for those currently involved in sports. Just like our regular CrossFit classes, we offer unlimited scalability. No matter your kids fitness level, they’ll be able to work at their own pace.
Classes have a 10 student cap.
Price is $110 for 6 weeks.
There is no carry over or make ups for missed classes.
Program is offered on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:00pm.
