2022 Shred Challenge
How it works:
Join a team, lead by a Cristini Athletics Coach.
On January 17th, start following your Shred Meal plan designed by CA nutritionist Jordana Cristini (40 meal plans to choose from, based on body weight and time of training)
Each week you have an opportunity to earn points for your team and for yourself.
The team and individuals with the most points at the end of the 6 weeks will win the challenge.
Who it’s for:
The shred challenge is for EVERYONE! All levels, all abilities and all body types.
Never tried a diet before, been dieting for years, trying to lose weight, trying to gain muscle. There is an option for everyone.
How to earn points
Earn points for yourself and your team by:

(Points earned based on time or rep requirements of physical challenges)

At the end of the challenge there will be prizes for the 1st place team as well as top 3 men and women individual performers!

Registration Opens Monday December 26th
On the same day coaches will start recruiting teammates.
