And even if you don’t lose weight, you can still help your team with accumulating points each week! If this is your first time doing a challenge, then you should definitely join. Learning how to maximize your calories and macros, in a fun, supportive team atmosphere is a great way to get out of your comfort zone while feeling well supported.
